“ I’ve been eating Siggi’s Skyr for years so I was excited to see a Skyr shop open in Phoenix. Skyr is so much healthier than the yogurt made in the states & has so much more protein. I tried Thor’s today & it didn’t disappoint. I tried one of their sandwiches & bowls. Both were great but the bowl was definitely my favorite. Tip: if you get a sandwich ask them to toast it! The service was great, the girls working the counter were friendly & I got my order quickly. I also spoke to the owner for a bit, he was there working on his laptop. He was really nice. I will definitely be back to grab a bowl or smoothie. This is exactly what downtown Phoenix needed, it’s something different, healthy & delicious. Also, I love the way they decorated the building. It’s a bright beautiful blue & white, it definitely fits the fun eclectic vibe on Grand. 10/10. ”

“ Found Thor’s Skyr on TikTok and immediately knew I had to try. Was immediately greeted by the owner who walked us through the menu and about Skyr. Got the Bifrost Berry Blast and Cloudy Morning Bowl and both were delicious. Was also given waffles topped with berries and a club sandwich. Service was impeccable and food was fresh and tasty. Everyone should come and support. ”
“ Wow, what a lucky find. Not a lot of options near the gov’t mall so I was surprised when Google popped up with this place for nearby sandwiches. Figured I couldn’t go to a skyr shop and not get any, so I ordered the Bifrost Berry Blast and the club sandwich. The (I’m assuming?) owner was there and incredibly kind—genuinely excited to have us there. We chatted a bit as I waited for the food (work schedule didn’t allow me to dine in this time). The skyr bowl was very filling with great flavor. Sandwich was huge and served on a grilled flatbread with huge chunks of chicken. Either would make a meal on its own. Will absolutely be coming back to this place for lunch and bringing co-workers with me. Glad to have an awesome—and healthy!—lunch pick nearby!! Bowls are $12, sandwiches and shakes are each $10 ”

“ When I traveled to Iceland I came back to the US and told everyone about the level of customer service I received which was unlike any other place I have traveled to. I left Thor's Skyr feeling the same way. The owner Unnar Danielsson made us feel incredibly welcome and explained the concept of a Skyr bar , which are all over Iceland. Thankful we happened upon this place. Ever since we went to Iceland and tasted Skyr for the first time, we have been searching for that taste. No other American version has come close until now. Yummy Skyr bowls all come with free coffee and protein waffles. Can't wait to come back and try the sandwiches. ”
